Hey, I just sorted out some stuff on my collection and found out i have some spare Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 and a few controllers, are there any interesting mods for any of these consoles?

overclocking for less slowdowns is a popular mod...
seems all the pages i knew that showed how to do it have gone the way of entropy...
ill google a bit more tonight, see if i can find a walkthru

Hmm I think I'll go the overclocking way, any game that I could test it on? I only have about 20 genesis games.

Gunstar Heroes would be a good one to test -- especially if you have two player.
Also Sonic 2 on two-player mode has some slowdown that might be resolved.
