Those two packs looks cool, and I didn't even know they existed. Never seen or heard of them in my life. Are they rare?

I've been looking for the second one(the Sonic one) for a while

They used to have them at gamestop for $19.99 used but probably only seen like 3 of them on ebay(ranging from 30-60)
I don't see any right now but maybe I'm using wrong the search terms

They're going at gamestop $29.99 now but don't see any around me for 100 mile radius
