That's all between the buyer and seller.

Usually best to get yourself established anyways.
Maybe post a few articles to establish rapport?
Good luck in sales later on!

I know communication is mentioned in the B/S/T rules, but I wanted to sort of elaborate on that. A personal pet peeve of mine is when somebody "leaves you hanging." An example: I send a PM to somebody and say "hey I want such-and-such" and they say, "okay what NES games do you have to trade?" and then I send them a list and... nothing. No response. I hate that. I think it's a lot more considerate to just PM back and say "sorry, nothing of interest on your list. Thanks anyway." than to just leave a possible trade hanging like that. I might think you're still considering, which means if somebody else asks about those same NES games I'll have to say "well, they're part of another possible trade right now, so I'll have to get back to you." Okay. Sorry to rant. It's just something that bugs me.

I totally agree. It's completely rude. This happens to me on Craigslist as well. I think one way to curb that would be to say first-come, first-serve. Be up front that the first person who delivers the cash or says this is the deal will get it. No holding for anyone.
