Conduit & Conduit 2 Back Online - Wii, WiiU, Dolphin

I know we have a few fans of the Conduit & Conduit 2 (TC & C2) on RB. I wanted to share the good news, private servers are running TC & C2 post Wii WiFi Connect/WFC shutdown in 2014. Booth games work on Wii, WiiU, & the Dolphin emulator. Check out the tutorial & overview below. Not all WFC games are patch-able & supported on the servers. Only certain titles will work. Happy to see these 2 supported.

If you've never played, think a Wii game going for the Halo experience with great controls. The visuals a quite nice for the Wii.

He's working on a video to detail Dolphin setup.

The community is slowly picking up speed. They meet up & discuss via Discord. Currently game nights are Sunday night.

They were definitely fun experiences. When the original Conduit released, my college house had all 3 systems. Halo 3 was in full swing, original XBL Halo 2 servers were still up, Gears & COD were also popular... while it has some flaws, we still played this quite a bit.

Worth noting the original received a HD remake for Nvidia Tegra devices (Shield). I don't think MP made it over. HD release gameplay:

The second game made a lot of improvements. Unfortunately my Wii died when the game was full swing so I didn't get to enjoy it as much. His tutorial vid above has a lot of C2 multiplayer gameplay footage. Several maps (4 IIRC) were recycled, including the Streets which is a fan favorite.
