Just think dude... This is Your copy. Whatever condition it's in, there's a story behind how this one copy got into your collection. Seems legit so embrace whatever condition it's in as the one that you found. Nothing is perfect after all.

If it makes any difference, most Metal Storm copies I've seen have label bubbling/peeling. Even my own copy which was perfect when I got it started the peel up around the edges over the years for no reason. I think it's just a common issue with this game.

Really though, if you're not happy with it there's no sense in keeping it with the money-back guarantee.

it may have had a rental sticker or something on it, and when it was peeled off, it caused it to bubble

For what it's worth, $130 is on the high side for Metal Storm. I was watching this title recently, and it usually doesn't get past $110 in auctions, and that's on the high side, too.
