I popped for the Hulk Hogan twitter impersonation. well done.

Anyone have Hyperlight EX for the 3DS? Not on sale, was just curious. I just found it for iOS for a buck, will try it there also.

Swapfire is now free(!) for the Wii U. It received "fair" reviews, but it has been updated since its launch. It also looks like an interesting concept, and you really can't beat the price!

I plan on downloading it tonight.

If you get Nintendo coins for Swapfire (like we did with the last free game Pfrsnl found), it's totally worth it!

Apparently today is Mario day, so you can get a few Mario Kart 8 related things on My Nintendo for coinses. Most cool of which is the DLC 2 for Mario Kart 8 for 60 gold coins! My waiting has finally paid off!

I'll go for anything free on Wii U, and thanks to Nintendo's remote purchase thing, it should be installed on my Wii U and waiting for me at home. If I decide to play it today, that is.

I may have to get that DLC, given that I don't see anything better to burn it on.

My thoughts exactly! :D

Also, I have confirmed that downloading Swap Fire gets you 20 free Gold Coins on My Nintendo, so it's certainly worth it just for that! (it just might put you over the top for that DLC, too  )

To be fair, it also looks like a pretty cool old-fashioned, indie, couch-competition FPS with a unique concept and solid art direction. I hope that the promotion get the developer some exposure and that people who download it also spend at least a little time with it.

Honestly I wouldn't bother if you have a Switch (if you haven't gotten a Switch yet, then first shame on you and second disregard this). Fast RMX is a dramatically enhanced and visually improved port of NEO with all the DLC.
