WarioWare is great, but it's really not the same kind of game as Mario Party. Apples to oranges. Also no WarioWare game has decent multiplayer, and yes I've tried all the WarioWare multiplayer stuff. WarioWare is a lot of fun solo though.
the Mario Party games need to be enjoyed by a group of people. The more people, the better. A lot of people have disliked the series, because they don't game socially, which is perfectly fine, but it defeats the purpose of what the game is trying to achieve.
Also, Mario Party 3 is the best as it is the first one to feature Waluigi. BAM! Court is adjourned!

Totally agree with Bogus, trying to play Mario Party solo just feels shallow and pointless. I've never played the games with less than three human players. When you've got four people playing it's a helluva time. Well, the N64 ones anyway.
You need a bare minimum of three players to have any fun with it. Unless you're drunk. Then single player is fun. Then again, pretty much everything's fun when I'm drunk.

I just don't like them. I've played them in groups, and the general consensus among my friends was to go back to playing Mario Tennis.
You know what though? Mario Tennis is AMAZING.
True that. Even the Wii U Mario Tennis title, which I found disappointing, is a LOT of fun and has gotten played way more than Mario Party 10 at my house.
