1. Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth
2. Arkanoid Plus!
3. Pokemon Rumble
4. Bit.Trip Series
5. Art Style Series
6. Cave Story
7. Jett Rocket
8. FAST - Racing League
9. Mega Man 10
10. MDK2
11. Excitebike: World Rally
12. Final Fantasy IV: The After Years
13. Swords & Soldiers
14. LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias
15. Fluidity

Fluidity came out at the tail end of 2010 - a time when it felt like most people were moving away from Wii and WiiWare. Maybe that's why it often gets forgotten or ignored? Too bad, because this Nintendo-published game is one of the best on the platform. Controls are simple: tilt your remote left or right (with an occasional button press or shake) and watch as water runs and pools across the level. Sounds simple but the great level design means you always have somewhere new to explore, challenges to solve, and hidden areas to uncover. Even though it's on the pricey side of WiiWare titles, this is one game no Wii owner should miss out on.

17. World of Goo
18. Tomena Sanner

This simple game relies on timing and pressing the A Button... but not always pressing it when you might think is best, as some of the best scores and events are "hidden" in places you wouldn't expect. Just when you think you've seen it all, surprises and unexpected combos pop up to keep you guessing. Cheap, silly, and addicitive, Tomena Sanner is a great diversion that plays just as well solo as it does with friends.

So no takers for WiiWare? There really are good games available on the service... although apparently nobody played them. Oh well, I'll add one a day until someone else speaks up or the list is full.

1. Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth
2. Arkanoid Plus!
3. Pokemon Rumble
4. Bit.Trip Series
5. Art Style Series
6. Cave Story
7. Jett Rocket
8. FAST - Racing League

13. Swords & Soldiers
14. LostWinds: Winter of the Melodias
15. And Yet It Moves
16. Fluidity
17. World of Goo
18. Tomena Sanner
19. Motoheroz

Yes, the name is stupid... but this game was developed by Red Lynx, who are also known for their Trails HD. That's a strong pedigree and while MotoHeroez is clearly a different game it's just as exciting and worth playing. Tight controls, imaginative challenges, great presentation. Once you start playing you'll be hooked for hours.

Just thought of that one. You have to fit your tetris-style piece through the oncoming holes in the walls, and that's it. Simple, but fun, the way I like it.

21. Rage of the Gladiator

It might feel like a budget version of Punch-Out!! initially, but this budget-priced WiiWare game brings some unique features to the table. You still get familiar gameplay with a choice between the classic NES-style or motion (with support for Motion+) controls... but upgradable skill trees, magic attacks, and the fantasy setting all make Rage of the Gladiator a different game. Well worth playing.

21. Rage of the Gladiator
22. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life As King

Thought about adding Tetris Party or Toki Tori because they are both awesome games, but both have also been released on other systems (although the WiiWare version of Tetris did introduce a handful of new modes and unique tweaks including the excellent co-operative play). Instead decided to add a WiiWare exclusive game.

My Life As King is an odd game in many ways and isn't really an RPG at all. However, if you can look past expectations and just play then it becomes strangely engrossing and offers a ton of gameplay. One of the first big name WiiWare titles released ended up being one of the best... shame that many people decided not to try the game since it offered something different from the standard RPG experience.

23. Art of Balance

Art of Balance is an interesting and polished puzzle game that requires players to carefully build and balance a tower made of several oddly shaped pieces. It might sound like a simple concept, but the smooth pointer controls and solid physics make this a challenge that you'll want to come back to. (And for everyone who did play and enjoy the game, there is good news: a 3DS version is apparently in the works now!)

So did anyone play the Contra or Gradius Rebirth games? I haven't gotten around to them yet, but heard that both were good - especially Contra.

So we're doing Wiiware games now, like Sam & Max?
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.
