i'd be interested in seeing a comprehensive list of ports from all consoles (nes, snes, genesis, etc), as well as updated versions of older games (contra, gunstar super heroes, advanced guardian heroes, etc) and arcade compilations.

that'd be real neat. if i had the time i'd do that.

Important note: Advance Guardian Heroes is NOT at all and update/remake of guardian heroes. The gameplay is very different.

I still cant believe Chrono Trigger was never ported. Sometimes I think Square doesn't listen to it's fans at all.

I'd like to see a list, as well, especially if it detailed the changes that were made for the best or for the worst.

In regards to SNES to GBA ports, off the top of my head:

Mario World,
Link to the Past,
Yoshi's Island,
Breath of Fire I & II
Final Fantasy IV - VI,
Donkey Kong Country 1 - 3.

And I can't be bothered to think anymore... :P
Currently playing: Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker (DS), Shenmue (Dreamcast), Dragon Warrior VII (PS1).

Prehistoric Man
Soccer Kid
James Pond II: Robocod
Super Ghoul's N Ghosts
