While I think extrarice's video cut off problem could be attributed to overscan, SNK Playmore when asked about the two problems I posted said that they could only use either the Dpad or the Analog stick when using the GCN controller on Wii (although multiple games that were started before hand were able to include it, one being the dbz game) and that Nintendo's photosensitivity rules didn't allow for some of the flashes. I'm sure the slow down is just them doing a poor job trying to make the emulation more efficient.
