What was the last movie you've seen?
Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
New write-up of the week:
Satanis: The Devil's Mass
While I approve of your bad-ass poster, Satanis, I fail to see what any of it's content has to do with the film I just watched.

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
Recently scored a bunch of Blu-rays, including…
While not directly a sequel to Fulci's Zombi 2 (an in-name-only unofficial sequel to the European cut of Dawn of the Dead), Zombi 3 delivers as a decent outbreak film and an action-packed zombie flick. While Lucio Fulci is credited as director, only 60% is Fulci while the rest is from Bruno Matei, who stepped in after Fulci fell ill and/or due to disputes between him and the producers.

Wild Wild West
It has a measly rating of 4.9/10 on IMDB. I always liked it and not sure what was disappointing to them, I am guessing they thought it was going to be a serious "western". Its a fun family comedy(for the most part) with steampunk theme. The theme song shot me right back to 1999.

The score in WWW by Elmer Bernstein is so awesome. One of the only movie soundtracks I liked enough to buy.
I watched the new Terminator, and really enjoyed it. The entire movie I kept saying "Wow! It's actually good! It doesn't suck!".

New write-up of the week:
Slugs (1988)
Evil slugs try to destroy a small midwestern town. They are given ample amounts of help in that department by the people who are actually trying to save the town. The whole thing is surprisingly more amusing than I thought it'd be.

Easily one of my favorite zombie films.

Oh, I like it just fine. I was wondering how they were going to make slugs, of all things, scary and...well, they really didn't succeed in that department. But! it's still a really entertaining movie, even though I think they made some really odd decisions and the dub is laughable.
