Gamestops price stickers WHAT THE F&@K!!!!!!
Gamestops price stickers WHAT THE F&@K!!!!!!
Whats with Gamestop ruining the paper case inserts of used games with those next to impossible to remove price stickers ? Some people don't trade in games and like to collect them and having a stupid yellow sticker on the case really messes up the perfection of my dvd racks not to mention covering the cool artwork of the game ! Do they do this where you live ? I refuse to shop there for games again until they stop this practice, it breaks my heart to see all those games ruined especially some of the rarer ones.

awesome comic. I bought Suikoden Tactics the other day brand new, but no i didnt get a shrink wrapped one, i got the display case with 3 price stickers and some random red sticker on it. I thought to my self im not going to buy this but I did buy it. Once i got home I looked on ebay and I can get it off their for 10 bucks cheaper, so the next day I brought it back. They almost didnt take it back because it was "opened". I told em it came like that, I went home with Mana Khemia....god I love that game.
The local Gamestops out here only put stickers on the clear plastic of the cases, and those are pretty easy to remove. They also put a price tag inside the plastic, but it's not stuck to the actual cover art.
I really hate it when I spot a game I really want that's in the generic Gamestop Used Game case instead of the original. If I absolutely can't pass up the game, I'll buy it, then find and print a copy of the cover art just so I don't have the word "Gamestop" on display anywhere in my house.
This site is pretty useful in this kind of situation. I'm sure many of you guys already know about it, but here it is anyway:

I agree with you guys. What the hell is the deal with all the stickers and of the same price for that matter??? Maybe it will look like they have discounted the games a couple of time I don't know. Whenever I buy one, I have a freaking of a time trying to remove them. Anyway, I try to buy from them as less as possible. I just think they are just as evil as ebay.
