Star Trek Discovery has become so bad it's watchable. Such a load of silly bollocks but pretty entertaining.

Kamen Rider Build. I'm all caught up, save for the episode that aired over the weekend (it airs Sunday at 7am, local time, in Japan), though that one won't be fansubbed by TV Nihon until some time between now and Friday.

Star Trek: Discovery is really good IMO. Most interesting one since TNG to me.

I haven't watched it, but I hate "serious" science fiction that dabbles in time travel (Enterprise is out) or alternate universes. I don't know that Star Trek Fringe is for me.

Don't worry, Disco definitely isn't serious sci-fi. The dumber it gets, the more I'm enjoying it.

I'm interested, but haven't yet, you got a verdict?

This one definitely does 1 of those things you mentioned (I guess that's a spoiler?)
Doesn't every Star Trek series have both of those things? I don't think it's too self serious, but I don't think it's stupid like Sload.

Every Star Trek series has a couple episodes that do that, but Enterprise had some of that baked into its core, and so does Discovery.
I can handle that nonsense in small doses only.
