This is an internal video from Sega all about the game testers. It was shot between June 1995 - February 1996. You get a real feel for the corporate culture of the time.
It's also clear that the person who shot and edited this video had watched CLERKS too many times. The video has a real rocking 1990s soundtrack. I seriously doubt that any license fees were ever paid to Nirvana or Pearl Jam for the music featured herein.
When you watch this video, you'll see testers working with Genesis/32x/SegaCD power towers, with Gamegear, with Saturn, and even with Pico. Imagine play testing games on such a wide array of hardware.

Cool video. That 90's Rock Soundtrack was great. SPOONMAN! Definitely got that Clerk's vibe from it. Haha.
Seriously, this video could not get more 90's. Guy rolling through the office with dual light guns, playing Virtua Cop 2, Pearl Jam blasting in the background. Totally amazing.
