I don't know about most of those, but Cool Spot was a pretty good game. It was designed by David Perry of Earthworm Jim fame.

I'll second (or third or fourth) that MegaMan GB collection that was canned a few years back.

IIRC, it was to be a collection of all five MegaMan games from GameBoy, released alongside the MegaMan Anniversary Collection and MegaMan X collection. However, when they canceled the GB version (I had pre-orders for all three at EB) I was told (and read rumors) that Capcom had lost the original source code for the games, and was having to make them from scratch or use emulation...something along those lines.

Anyway, it's really too bad. Just like the other MM collections, it would have been absolutely excellent.

I think it would be cool If nintendo put all of the known NES games, demos, and homebrews on a big hard drive, and put the hard drive inside an old NES case. Seems simple enough. Bundle it with 3 Wireless USB controllers that look like The Dogbone, the NEX Max, and the original rectangle. And, a 4th conrtoller that would be a replacment for the light gun, basically an NES mouse

Eh, it could work

Also, we wouldn't need a dream collection if Sony would get their act together and give the psp a 2nd nub and emulator capability (without hacking required)

Edit: Hey, make sure Pepsi invaders is in that company compilation!

There's a bunch of old Atari product tie-ins that would fit right in:

Kool-Aid Man
Chase the Chuckwagon (Purina Dogfood)
Pepsi Invaders (aka Coke Wins) [not released, given only to Coca-Cola execs]
Tooth Protectors (Crest)

A continuation of Sega Ages, preferrably in disc format. But knowing Sega if they greenlight it's going to be PSN-only, and I don't fancy the PS3 nor download-only games. They still have a resevoir of top-notch Model 2 and 3 games to tap into, not to mention a bunch of Naomi/Ringwise arcade games that haven't been ported at all. Remakes of more Saturn games are always welcome of course.

Treasure Classics collection.

All the major Treasure titles bundled into one. Probably for the 360 or PS3.

The GBA cart was planned to be remakes of the five GB games. But even a NES collection of MM games on GBA would have been awesome. Shrug. I don't quite know WHY they killed off GBA altogether. Ninty could have just kept producing SP's cheaply and made it an open-platform for 3rd party developers and trust me, plenty of people would still buy the games. Sigh.
blame DS for that.
technically blame DSi for that. When DS came out Ninty wisely included backwards compatibility, so GBA was still a popular format as well. Now imagine if the DSi and DSiXL had kept the GBA slot? We'd probably still see new GBA carts being released today.
Actually, since the DSi came out in 2009, and GBA games stopped coming out in 2007, it's not the DSi's fault the GBA is dead; it's the first two models of the DS that did it in.

My dream collection would be Half-Life: The Green Box. It would have Half-Life, both of it's expansion packs, upgraded to HL2 level graphics and sound quality, Half-Life 2, with all three episodes, Counter-Strike, and TF Classic.
Or Metal Gear Solid Anthology. It would contain MGS: TTS, MGS 2 Substance, MGS 3 Subsistence, including the contents of disc 2, and MGS 4, all upgraded to MGS 4 graphical quality.

McKids is pretty amazing. If it weren't a McDonald's product it would be considered on par with say, Adventure Island. Yo! Noid was alright, it was made by Capcom and is one of their licensed Mega Man clones similar to DuckTales, Darkwing Duck or Little Nemo.
