...at
gun point. And it has to be a portrait tattoo of someone not related to you. Who would you get a tattoo of?
Me? I would go with Brian Wilson. Or Lon Chaney or Boris Karloff.
I would go with Brian Wilson.
ATM anyhow.

Human or cartoon?
If it had to be a human it'd be Christopher Walken
if any character it'd be Spike from Cowboy Bebop

I lied! On accident, lol. I would get a tattoo of Conrad Veidt in the Man Who Laughs. And I hate DC comics and Batman so it has nothing to do with the joker. I love Victor Hugo and The Man Who Laughs is awesome.
Damn it, or maybe Brian Wilson.

I'd get one of somebody really skinny or short, maybe MiniMe from Austin Powers or something. That way, it would be less painful and cost less money to have it surgically removed later.

Chuck Norris.
Edit: Now that I think about it... Neil Diamond would be a pretty kick ass tattoo..
