If you wanna go super-nerd I highly recommend y'all check out the original Xanadu as well. It's a hallmark ARPG from 1985.
Easiest way to play it is on the Saturn, though it's an enhanced port with redone graphics. The MSX cart isn't too hard to find, of course playing that requires an MSX...
But yeah, Faxanadu is a beast. Swell game.
