I have 3 Buffalo SNES USB controllers and I can stop buying them whenever I want.
Seriously though, good stuff. I used one to beat Ys V recently and my hands were digging that genuine feel yo.

PLAY KING'S FIELD.
Re: Playing JRPGs that weren't localized
I generally either play my rom hacks on my softmodded wii (which was stupidly easy to do BTW), or my laptop. I know, I know... it's not original hardware but everdrives are expensive and prefer to spend my money on new old games instead. Besides give me a controller, and I don't really care which device my screen is physically attached to.
Check out my YouTube Channel DariaPlays for super nerdy video reviews on classic RPGs and Adventure titles. Bonus: I don't suck! Pinky-swear.

Gamefaqs.
Back in the day, that's what I used to get through a ton of PS1 and PS2 RPGs, seemed like someone always had a walk-through for those that couldn't read Japanese. Sometimes there'd even be full script translations.
