Naki Pro Fighter 6 button mapping

Hey guys, I have had this arcade stick for a while now, and honestly never really tried to use it untill now. It seems to have fully programmable buttons and works with both the SNES and Genesis. Now it seems to have the buttons messed up, I could only get the directions to work, and was wondering if anyone has any info on resetting the functions on the controller?

I had a similar problem with a programmable controller for the DC, after playing with the function I ended up with an almost unusable controller and never figured out how to reset it.
