hmm -- well the only things that give me trouble so far is...
- those tags that are high up on a wall that you have to jump and ride the wall just right
- parts that require you to jump and grind on something really narrow.

It's weird but I never found jet grind radio to be hard at all... but then again, when I got the demo back with my official dreamcast magazine I couldn't put it down. I played the first level literally for hours over and over again. This is one of the greatest games ever, I can't believe you can find brand new copies for under $5.

The third part consists in all levels of a specific area in one, for example the kogane level has the sewer, the dump and the place with houses all in one level and with lots of tags, those levels are not so hard to beat, unless you are aiming for a jet ranking.
