Why'd you bump a four year old thread?

...man I wish these still sold at those 2008 prices

I bought a pair back in 06 and I paid $50 for them! At the time I've never heard of their existence and thought it was worth it, for novelty sake.

I want those controllers so bad. I wish I'd read this thread when it was new.

I have a set of these controllers and adapter that I got at a flea market with a model 2 genesis for $12

I took one of the controllers apart to clean and the button broke that toggles between 1/2 player on board from the inside. It was a plastic long piece that slides into the plastic button making it activate from the board. Any way that whole piece is messed up now from the board.

Is the controller junk or can I fix it somehow?
