Dreamcast DLC Released 16 Years Later

Flogain Bros Disc Locked DLC released by original devs.

Wow, I love stuff like this for history and preservation.

Was Skies the only DC title with Internet based DLC? Were there others, either disc locked or Internet DL?

Several games had actual DLC. Chu Chu Rocket for one had some skin sets and a puzzle pack.

Very cool. IIRC, I had a demo of Chu Chu, then rented it to play the full game online.

damn, what was Skies' DLC? i had that game + a sega.net account in the day, wondering what i missed!

Not 100% sure, but IIRC it was included on the GameCube port.

Aren't we suppose to hate on-disc dlc?
Just kidding. Very cool indeed. Makes you wonder if other games have this as well.

ah nice! that's the one for my inevitable playthrough, ive held out for years for hopes of the HD port that we're clearly never getting, haha

Only when you have to pay for it, which wasn't the case for the DC.
