Whats the difference in the various versions? I've seen ver.1.0, 1.3 and 1.5. So what's the story?

difficulty booting certain games. Most games now don't require boot discs. If you're using it for regions i think the last release would be your best bet. (or it wont matter)

VGA compatibility was a problem on early releases too and the later ones fixed it, I don't remember which was the version that did it.
