How to burn Sega CD games?

I downloaded Popful Mail self-booting .iso from DCisozone and am now wondering how exactly to burn it to make it playable. I have discjuggler and imgburn and I'm hoping I won't have to download another separate program, but any help is much appreciated.

http://snesorama.us/board/showthread.php?t=4260I think I dowloaded this one. Its bin and cue. Drag it into imgburn and thats it. Works on my sega cd.
