That definitely would be an awesome guide. And yes, my original question was what homebrew OTHER than Sonic Megamix. :P

Another good guide one generally be good Sega CD games that are actually worth checking out. I've found a few myself, surprisingly. Just to name a few that some people may not be aware of:

-Samurai Shodown (best console version of that era without getting a Neo Geo)
-Eternal Champions: Challenge From The Dark Side
-Double Switch (if you like the whole FMV thing, I think this is cooler than Night Trap)
-Road Rash
-Lords of Thunder
-Battlecorps
-Fatal Fury Special
-Flink
