does the Retrogen play 32x games?

Probably not. It can't even play Street Fighter 2 or Sonic 3 and Knuckles locked together.

It cannot play 32X games and cannot conect with a 32X. The Retrogen does not run on the same hardware as a standard model 1 and 2 genesis. Also, the Retrogen lacks the necessary inputs for the 32X to function.

The Gen Mobile won't work with the types of games mentioned above either.
Also, the Game Genie, and the Power Base Converter used to play Master System games, also will not work.

In addition, I have found the following incompatibles with the Gen Mobile, and thus more than likely the Retrogen:
Daze Before Christmas: Not 100% compatible. The problem is, after the title screen appears, and you click the start button to play the game, the story loads, and 9 times out of 10, you can't progress past the story, and if you do manage to get past this point, or wait for the story to complete, then you will never be able to get any further. At the point when you are on the map screen, the game doesn't seem to respond respond to any control input at all.

Duke Nukem 3D: A very rare and expensive Brazilian exclusive Mega Drive game made
by TecToy. This game refuses to boot at all, for whatever reason.

I have tried it before with my RetroDuo Portable. The RetroGen can play Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

the retrogen can't connect or play 32x mainly because of the lack of a genesis av port, and the fact that the genesis hardware is emulated.
