The Best Sega CD Imports

I'm going to be developing a list of essential imports for every system, much like I did for the Dreamcast here:

Please list your favorite Sega CD games that were not released in the US. And, if you don't mind, include a sentence or two about why they are special.

I got no Sega CD games to suggest, but I suggest to also say if the game is playable by non-english speakers

I havent played hardly any SegaCD yet, but
'Shadowrun' for SegaCD looks great, its japanese, and i think its pretty close to unplayable if you dont understand japanese... but then others here might be more qualified to comment on it.
