Re: Thrills & Woes of the Super Card (GBA)
So I have learned that DS games need to be patched through the Supercard program, just like GBA games. This gives them a "dsq" extension (Ex, "Mario Kart.nds.dsq" So far, I've only tried Mario Kart DS and it just loads to a white screen. I tried this with and without reset patch....

Re: Thrills & Woes of the Super Card (GBA)
Well, I'm at a dead end. My success is that I did flash the firmwares to my DS Lite. They do work and my DS is still functional. It supposedly acts as though you have a passme device to allow DS app access to your GBA slot. My failure is that neither firmware will load DS roms. They recognize the ex...

Re: Thrills & Woes of the Super Card (GBA)
I actually just ran into DSlazy last night. Yes, that should work (looks like it can patch it via graphical interface) , but my experiment time will have to wait as I'm going on vacation. There was another firmware replacement called FWNitro m I'm not sure if I should try that one out instead. I'm n...

Re: Thrills & Woes of the Super Card (GBA)
Answered my own question. It's in the comments in the same link: How to make your own FlashMe for SuperCard: 1. Download flashme.nds and ndsloader.bin 2. Put flashme.nds and ndsloader.bin into C:\nds 3. Go to Start > Run and type "cmd" 4. Enter this command: copy /b c:\nds\ndsloader.bin + ...

Re: Thrills & Woes of the Super Card (GBA)
Haven't been on here on forever (due to life and stuff). but I hit a road block and have a question: Does anyone have a link or other access to download a version of Flashme for the DS that is compatible with the SuperCard? The link that I found is dead: From m And that file was called: FlashMe v8 S...

Re: PS2 almost dead issues?
That's pretty neat. I don't have any drives that big to spare anyway, but it's good to know that there isn't that limitation anymore.
I don't have the time to keep up with everything anymore.

Re: PS2 almost dead issues?
So do 4TB drives work with the PS2?
I heard the hard limit was 2TB. Or maybe it just limits the partition size to that?

Just got my tracking number emailed to me. Only 2 of the 4 modules are being sent (NES and PC engine). I'll have to wait for SNES and Genesis hijinks. I will totally get the N64 module when it is available. Can't wait to see if my 1TB SSD works. I've got no other use for it (and should hold my entir...

Re: Can't find this classic rock song
Despite listening to classic rock stations all the time until a few years ago, including when I lived in the south, I've never heard of this band nor this song before. I'm not normally a fan of southern rock, but this particular track is a neat mid-point between southern rock and American progressi...

Re: Can't find this classic rock song
Cara's Castle by Joni Mitchell? Given the length of nightrnr's song and the singing style, my money is on prog rock. (Granted, not that much money...) Is that considered prog rock then? I get lost in what genre is what. I love music, just never quite know what to call things. It's all rock and roll...
