One of my all time favorite racing games. I had the PC version back in the day. I'm currently working on a "retro" PC, this will be the first game I'll install.
When i got my first Saturn, this was the first title I got along with Daytona. Great memories with Sega PC.

You can use the flashed cartridge on a chipped console. I do it when I want to boot a JP region backup on my US modded Saturn.

Another thing you can do is something I call a "trap" Since you know you're going to get garbage blocks from your opponent, purposely leave a round crash gem of the same color next to the numbered block. All numbered blocks eventually turn normal. The round crash gem wont break the block ...
