Re: Games Beaten 2020

I’ve had a lot of time to play games since being on lockdown.
- life is strange before the storm
- death stranding

I can’t remember if this was end of 2019 or beginning of 2020:
- diablo 3 (Nintendo switch)
- beyond two souls

Re: What are you playing?

Brothers (PS3) - There's some graphic issues (my screen keeps glitching..) but otherwise the world is cool. Its simple and straightforward but it's still enough to keep it going (and not at a painful slow way).

Re: What are you playing?

I've picked up where I left off in The Last of Us. I was kinda stuck cuz my reflexes just suck. But, I've progressed a lot since I started playing again. I must say.... I FUCKING LOVE SHOTGUNS!!!!! In video games. They're just so powerfully..awesome! They're always my favorite it seems. That a Magnu...

Re: Best Adventure Games for Beginners?

I finished Secret of Monkey Island last night, and after Day of the Tentacle, I was disappointed. I am glad I didn't start with it, because it would have really been a turn off. Most of the issues seemed to stem from the game being so short. The gags were thin and hardly ever exploited to their ful...

Re: Best Adventure Games for Beginners?

GK does work. They also have it available on gog: m If you're willing to throw a few bucks towards it (it's totally worth it). This is the original one too, they released a 20th anniversary edition one with beefed up visuals and stuff and some additions in game play, but I still love the original b...

Re: Best Adventure Games for Beginners?

I've been playing on my Wii through SCUMMVM so far, but it looks like Blade Runner isn't supported. I don't see it on GOG but I did see it linked there for download on some other site I don't know if I trust. What's the best way to play this game? Does Gabriel Knight work with modern machines? GK d...

Re: Games Beaten 2016

I finally just beat/finished Heavy Rain (PS3)! Loved the story. Controls during non-quick time events sucked...but otherwise good game. Since I finally have more time, I'm trying to finish games that I started. Next one I might try to tackle and finally finish is either Ni no Kuni or Last of Us... ...
