I have an NTSC N64 and most of my carts are PAL, I have one of those cheap pass through carts that reads the CIC from the host cart in the back. In short, yeah get powerstone one. I find it a game that you really need to be in the mood to play though, It fast frantic may request recallibration of your fingers afterwards. Tonnes of fun, better with coffee
