Re: Too early to start talking about rare/valuable Wii games

I still enjoy catching up on this thread every so often and finding games that are worth picking up. Is there a similar thread for 3DS game discussions about which ones are getting harder to find? I know the library is much smaller and probably aren’t nearly as many obscure titles but as I’m over 10...

Re: Too early to start talking about rare/valuable Wii games

Glad ai grabbed a Shiren the Wanderer new a while back. Funny how a lot of these expensive games were lining clearance bins just a few years ago and nobody wanted them. I also got Ivy the Kiwi from the clearance bin for under $10 and it also goes for a decent bit now.

Re: Wii-U thoughts so far

Seems the WiiU has an odd frame rate issue that link points out for Twilight Princess which is sad yet strange. Not factored since it's not real hardware, but I do wonder what if you tossed that game up against the Gamecube vs DOLPHIN running that at 1080p. If you just loaded it up without an HD Te...

Re: Wii-U thoughts so far

So, I think I'm close to getting a Wii U. It has a small handful of games I want and it's getting quite affordable in the second hand market. I just have one question: Is Wind Waker HD worth trading in my Gamecube version of the game for? Is it enough of an improvement? Absolutely. It's like night ...

Re: Nintendo Handheld Gaming Thread (Game Boy to DS)

I've been picking some of my fav GBA games complete like Metroid, Advanced Wars, Fire Emblem, Castlevania, etc... when I get the chance and they are cheap. For the most part they aren't too expensive. That's the best thing to do. I was able to get Metroid Fusion, Advance Wars, Mario & Luigi Sup...

Re: Nintendo Handheld Gaming Thread (Game Boy to DS)

It seems that the Gameboy and Gameboy Color are largely overlooked by the majority/mainstream collectors. That said, I have to wonder if the Gameboy Advance will continue that trend or change it. It is the last Nintendo system that was mostly 2D sprite based games, it includes a lot of NES/SNES fran...

Re: Favorite N64 Lesser Known Titles

Not sure if all of these have been mentioned and some are probably well known amongst the N64 gamers, but I still feel these don't get the recognition they deserve. Rocket Robot-Unique platformer from Sucker Punch. Space Station Silicon Valley-Quirky action platformer from DMA Design (now Rockstar N...

Re: Stop sanding the gamecube discs!!!!!

I have a resurfacing unit that I use for personal stuff and with the proper attachments it's never given me issues even when I've had to use the sanding pads. Heck that was one of my main reasons for buying it was the massive amount of really scratched up $1 gamecube games that I kept finding a few...

Added The following: Jimmie Johnson: Anything With a Motor PBR: Out of The Shoot Samurai Warriors: Katana Horse Life Adventures Little League World Series: Double Play (own both 2008 and 2009 but the double pac...
