Re: Dreamcast Emulation - Can my PC handle it?
I have DoA Ultimate Edition and DoA 3 on my OG Xbox, so i never bothered to test Dead or Alive 2.. What did you try, exactly, to make it run faster? My settings are normal, sometimes in Options > nullDC settings > Cable Type, i change it around, certain games do not function without a specific cable...

Re: Dreamcast Emulation - Can my PC handle it?
NullDC 1.0.4 is my favorite DC emulator, it has brilliant compatibility. I've thrown countless games at it, and they all worked fine. I finished both Shenmue games on it without a problem. Also, it'll work on a toaster of a PC. It will work flawlessly on your PC aswell. I recommend NullDC over any o...

Re: How is your Saturn gaming going?
Gonna give Burning Rangers a go in a little wile. I'm not a fan of clunky controls and low framerate in my games, which this particular game seems to have in spades, but my God, the charm and the cheesiness is off the chartz, besides the awesome music and incredibly unique indentity. I need to play ...

Re: State of Console Emulation - November 2013
Saturn emulation (SSF) has been good since early 2006 (0.08 version) and is now pretty much perfection (0.12 last time i checked). I play my original discs through the emulator, and all of the games in my collection are practically flawless. It doesn't even need BIOS to function. It's a perfect alte...

Re: Together RPG - Western RPG - Planescape: Torment
The writting is top notch and very engrossing...Take it from me - i absolutely hate reading in video games, and i haven't picked up a book in over 13 years. No offense, but I don't think I'd take advice on good "writting" from someone who hasn't read a book in 13 years. No problem, though...

Re: Together RPG - Western RPG - Planescape: Torment
this kind of describes me. The writting is top notch and very engrossing, even if you don't like to read, it may grab your attention and completely immerse you because its quality is far and above anything in the video game medium. Besides, you can read at your own comfortable pace, be it slow or f...

Re: Impressions on Dragon Quest V (SNES)
I love Dragon Quest VIII, thought it was a great blend of modern technology with retro gameplay. I have only finished Dragon Quest I and VIII (VIII was actually the first DQ/DW game to come out in Australia). I recently picked up VI for the DS, looking forward to getting into it when I have the tim...

Impressions on Dragon Quest V (SNES)
So i've been playing this game for the first time, a few hours into it, and i gotta say that it is amazing how much fun, and unique this game can be after all these years. What surprised me most was the quest design, which was one memorable, grand adventure after the other with absolutely no filler ...

Re: How is your Saturn gaming going?
Been playing some Daytona USA Circuit Edition (JP) recently, awesome game. I've been in a Saturn mood for a couple of days now, so i'm probably going to play some other games from my collection.
Might try to finish Panzer Dragoon Zwei, it's the only one in the entire series i haven't finished yet.

Re: Any xbox and xbox 360 collecors out there...........
Any chance you could list them? I would love to find more that I'm missing out on... The OG Xbox is roughly equal to the Gamecube as far as quality exclusives go. The hidden gems are actually the best games on it, but most people just assume that the OG Xbox is worthless if you're a PC gamer. As fo...
