Re: helping someone deal with spousal abuse

You're right. That is, indeed, a weighty subject. In fact, what you really have are a few weighty subjects: spousal abuse, trust and secrecy, and a possible child abuse scenario. Let's deal with them one at a time. The spousal abuse issue is one that you can do little about. I hate to say it, but th...

Re: Route 66 and glass bottles of coke

Simple answer? You can't. Well, at least, not like you used to. Much of what was old Route 66 is now part of the Interstate, depending on what state it is in. In California, this would be I-15, at least for part of it. You can still drive some of the original route, and those parts are generally adv...

Re: Games better on Genesis than SNES?

Alien 3. I enjoyed the heck out of it on the Genesis when I was a kid. When I played on the Snes a few years ago, I discovered that it was just terrible. Almost unplayable.

Re: I do not like Underground Gamer rant!

Put up or shut up. Way to be a douche-bag as always Mozgus. Really, put up or shut up? He mentions his experience with the site and his frustrations with it, despite going along with everything that entails it being a private tracker. You do quite your share of bitching about things you don't like,...

Re: Obscure Saturn Fighter: Fist - anyone play it?

I remember playing it once, briefly, when my friend first chipped his Saturn and was burning every obscure game he could get his hands on. And no, it wasn't anything good, by any stretch of the imagination, and I've got a soft spot for early 3D fighters. There are some great obscure import fighters ...

Re: Shining in the Darkness Emulation

I am encountering the same problem. I too am using Genesis Plus, which is works wonderfully but Shining in the Darkness never works properly. At the suggestion of spiritplx i looked for Fusion, but it only works on windows. This creates a problem for us mac users. I still haven't figured it out, bu...

Re: Anyone playing Chrono Trigger DS?

Thanks for the review. I'd been wondering whether it was worth the asking price. I think I'll wait for this, as well as FFIV, to drop to around $25 before I shell anything out.
