Re: What are you playing?

A couple PS1 light gun shooters I recommend trying: https://gamefaqs.akamaized.net/box/7/0/2/6702_front.jpg https://gamefaqs.akamaized.net/box/3/5/9/6359_front.jpg https://gamefaqs.akamaized.net/box/3/2/0/3320_front.jpg My personal favorite 1500 games: Simple 1500 Series Vol. 10: The Billiard (JP) ...

Re: What are you playing?

Played a good bit of "simple 1500: the gun shooting" earlier. Which for anyone who doesn't know is one of those budget ps1 games that only came out in Japan. It's a light gun game that is surprisingly interesting and visually appealing. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes light gun...

Re: SFII SNES Re-Issue & The Vinyl-ization of Retro Games

I agree they could've at least picked a game you can't easily pick up for a few bucks on eBay. But I'm sure there are enough suckers that'll buy it. :D

Re: PS2 Mod 2016-17: USB & HDD Loading, PS1 via USB POPS, Em

Compatibility is actually a nudge higher on USB from the list I've seen. But certain titles such as Duke Nukem Total Melthdown only work on the HDD. So what does USBulti accomplish, naming the files correctly? I feel like I heard someone else mention this recently for naming the PS2 USB titles corr...

Re: PS2 Mod 2016-17: USB & HDD Loading, PS1 via USB POPS, Em

I've realized a lot of guides have a bit of overkill with how to make these things work. I found a pops quickstarter thing and downloaded it. Literally all I had to do was drag the game file to cue2pops, put the flash drive in my ps2 and run the elf file. Also, with OPL, I'm using a flash drive sinc...

Re: What are you playing?

I've been on an elemental gearbolt kick lately. I played this years back and never got further than the 3rd boss. But today I was playing and got to level 4, beat it after like 5 continues, and then level 5 was significantly easier and I'm about to play level 6 for the first time ever. I don't usual...

Re: Recipes... share them

Will definitely keep that in mind, thanks! A friend of mine gave me the recipe a couple years back. And I have since lost the precise one she gave me so I've sort of filled in the blanks with other recipes online. But a lot of them I've found left out some things that I think really make it a solid ...

Re: Recipes... share them

I see that nobody has posted here in a while. But I'd like to share my recipe for chicken Marsala. It's simple but delicious. Ingredients: Boneless chicken breast (I usually use 3) 1/2 cup Marsala wine 1/2 cup chicken stock Flour Salt Pepper Other spices optional but recommend Mushrooms Olive oil Fi...

Re: Classic games economics and ethics

I'm late to the discussion but holy cow I just realized there are so many reproduction carts on eBay that could pass for the real thing and in some cases it looks like they don't even specify that it's a reproduction but you can tell by the fact that it's from China or costs a lot less than a legiti...
