Re: Zelda: LttP SNES cart can't input name
Thanks for the replies, I let the cartridge sit out of the SNES all night and tried it again just now... Names are entering normally again! Despite the battery not being in the corrupt saves must have still remained for a while longer, guess it was incorrect of me to assume pulling the battery would...

Zelda: LttP SNES cart can't input name
Hey all, hoping for a bit of advice. I wanted to do a run of Zelda:LttP on SNES recently, last time I played it was around 6-8 months ago and all was fine at the time, saved, no glitches, was working great. Fast forward to today and I popped the cart back in to find all my saves gone (ouch, my child...

Re: Raiiban's Game Room (8/7 Update: Living Room setup)
It's been a very long time but I resolve to finish this! Lot of things came up for me recently so I've been AWOL but I'm back on solid ground and ready to resume. Figured I'd go with a change of pace and take some photos of my more modern gaming setup and a quick shot of the games. http://img189.ima...

Re: Megaman 2 vs. 3
Megaman 2 wins it for me just based on the fact that I can go through nearly the entire game with the Metal Blade equipped and be able to fire off my weapon in 8 directions. I feel like that's so much more fun than the standard mega buster and makes the game unique in the series.

Re: Nintendo vs Lets Play
I remember when Modern Warfare 2 on the PC got boycotted and sold no copies. Oh wait, the opposite happened. You're talking to the only person who seems to have upheld both the L4D2 and the MW2 boycott Why was there a boycott of L4D2? Valve had the gall to make a sequel instead of continuing to mak...

Re: Together RPG - SRPG Shining Force 2
I just picked up Kiwi myself and feel a bit disappointed with it, is it worth keeping and leveling up or should I set it aside so other characters reap the EXP? 7 HP and low attack, despite the nice defense is a bit of a downer for starting stats at level 7. I've seen too many games have characters ...

Re: Together RPG - Action RPG - Crystalis
Kinda disappointed Crystalis won, I've never even heard of it before this poll. I suppose I'll at least give it a shot on an emulator to see if it's any good. m It's a criminally underlooked game that set the style for action RPGs. Featured Game: Crystalis “SNK’s action RPG classic, Crystalis, basi...

I would be interested in playing Crystalis, but I don't want to say I'll play something I don't own.
Do it, I wanna see Popful Mail come back for a win.

Re: EA Getting Rid of Online Passes?
However, I wouldn't be surprised if they just brought over what they did on PC, where a single copy is locked to an account. This is the direction I think they're heading. All games, Console, PC, whatever will have a mandatory one time use code to tie to game license to an EA Origin Account. Afterw...
