I'm about 2/3 of the way through Metro Last Light, and the game keeps getting better as it goes. There's nothing quite like facing down a monster that take a ton of hits while also running out of air and bullets at the same time and while your visor is getting smeared with blood and dirt. Wonderful...

I think they're great with some top notch combat and AI, best use of slow-mo I've seen in an FPS as well. They're dirt cheap so I'd say check them out. Just finished F.E.A.R. a couple of nights ago - man, you're right about it being great. The combat is extremely solid and holds up well even today....

Glad I picked up the 3D control pad when I did - they've more than doubled in asking price for a brand new one. Congrats on snagging the game, btw! I always thought it was fun running away from the clock while you are on foot, lol.

Replaying FEAR 2.
